Job summary

Site-based Senior Project Manager experience preferred.

Proactive with initiative and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Overall in-charge of the whole project sites, manage and lead in terms of project planning and controlling.
Lead, plan, direct and/or coordinate with the entire project team on activities concerned.
Liaise and negotiate requirements between client, consultant, subcontractor and supplier involved.
Identify, analyze, evaluate and resolve technical and site issues.
Perform risk management to minimize project risk.
Report project progress to top management from time to time.
