AAA Global is seeking a Senior Product Leader to guide the Platform Product Organization, reporting to the CTO, and to extend ownership across CTO-line platform product lines including AI Platform, Financial Cloud, and Developer Experience.

You will shape product strategy in a regulated crypto/fintech environment, drive cross-team OKRs, and build a high-performance culture with AI-native product transformation.

Formación

• 10+ years in product management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing 20+ PMs.
• Proven track record building platform/infrastructure products and developer tooling.
• Strong systems thinking with ability to define architecture, modules, and API contracts.
• Experience in regulated/compliance-heavy environments (fintech/crypto) and translating regulations into product constraints.
• Ability to drive OKR quality from go-live metrics to measurable outcomes.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese for internal communication with engineering teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Directly manage and grow the Platform Product Group (20+ PMs) across multiple domains.
• Translate CTO-level strategy into concrete roadmaps with measurable business outcomes.
• Own the product vision and roadmap for CTO-line platform product lines (AI Platform, Financial Cloud, Developer Experience).
• Lead the platform team’s transition to AI-native product development with 100% AI documentation coverage.
• Define and execute the killing feature strategy for AI agent platform and drive user growth.
