Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad is seeking a senior delivery leader to drive the enterprise AI platform transformation, turning strategic intent into a scalable, secure platform that internal teams and vendors can build on with confidence.

You will own end-to-end integration strategy, shape AI adoption, lead MVPs from idea to prototype, govern risk/compliance, and serve as the technical owner inside the Innovation Lab, coordinating with Risk, Innovation/AIC, and external partners.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in delivery leadership or technical program management in enterprise env.
• Proven ownership from MVP/pilot to production-scale deployment.
• Experience coordinating vendor relationships and RFI/RFP processes.
• Track record as the connective layer between business, engineering and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own MVP to production readiness and handover.
• Drive cross-functional delivery including integration and API development.
• Represent feasibility and constraints in business discussions.
• Ensure security, scalability, and compliance from day one.
• Maintain governance-ready documentation and controls.
