Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering/enterprise experience, AI and automation, with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Proven success deploying AI/automation solutions with measurable ROI.
• Strong knowledge of automation tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere), ML frameworks, AI tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in enterprise AI adoption, governance, and vendor partnerships.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the platform's vision and strategic direction.
• Gather requirements and prioritize product requirements based on market and stakeholder input.
• Develop go-to-market and engagement strategies for new features.
• Define platform roadmap, features, and integrations in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage the product backlog and refine features for the development team.
• Collaborate with IT, marketing, sales, and design to align goals.
• Monitor performance data, security, scalability, and compliance obligations.
• Govern changes, releases, and enhancements, and manage key vendors and SLAs.
• Oversee budget, cost efficiency, and FinOps for the platform.
• Support audits and incident management to maintain governance.
