Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with AI/ML products.
• Experience owning end-to-end AI-powered product lifecycles.
• Proven track record delivering AI/ML products with business impact.
• Strong ability to engage with data scientists and technical partners.
• Ability to lead cross-functional roadmaps and communicate with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Unpack broad initiatives into specific workstreams and coordinate release planning.
• Create and drive the strategic vision for the product and enable continuous learning.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to align with the product and company goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to align development with business goals.
• Facilitate decision-making, remove blockers, and monitor team health.
• Explain complex engineering topics and chart paths to resolution.
• Allocate resources strategically to drive growth and innovation.
• Define data-driven metrics to monitor platform reliability and performance.
• Develop deep FinTech market knowledge to support roadmap goals.
