This role supports Plan-2-Steer process design, governance and continuous improvement within the OS&S delivery teams. Join the OS&S Process Management team to drive standards, KPIs and internal controls while collaborating with IT and business units to

Qualifications

University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a processor function-related position with leadership responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of Plan-2-Steer, Record-2-report processes and governance.

Responsibilities

Plan-2-Steer process design & improvement and governance.
Support KPI development and compliance controls.
Collaborate with IT for configurations and digital enablers (e.g., automation, process mining).
Execute CI backlog measures and maintain backlog items.
Support documentation and training materials; ensure timely delivery of outputs.
