Qualifikationen

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a processor function-related position with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Plan-2-Steer, Record-2-report processes and governance.

Aufgaben

• Plan-2-Steer process design & improvement and governance.
• Support KPI development and compliance controls.
• Collaborate with IT for configurations and digital enablers (e.g., automation, process mining).
• Execute CI backlog measures and maintain backlog items.
• Support documentation and training materials; ensure timely delivery of outputs.
