Job summary

Omya Asia Pacific Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a senior finance professional to lead the OS&S governance, monitoring, and process standardization across the Asia Pacific region.

You will drive end-to-end processes, ensure compliance with group policies, and partner with regional and global teams to optimize performance. The role requires 10–12 years in finance, strong IT and SAP expertise, and a track record in transformation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
• Business Administration knowledge; ACCA/ CIMA/ CPA preferred.
• 10–12 years in finance/accounting or controlling.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain governance framework for OS&S processes and monitor policy adherence.
• Coordinate across functions to ensure cost control, reporting accuracy, and policy compliance.
• Define and manage OS&S KPI framework and create dashboards for insight.
• Serve as main interface between business units and regional/global teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and transformation across regions.
• Monitor internal controls and support external audits and compliance.
