Job summary

UpGrowth HR Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize the company’s digital marketing initiatives. You will work across channels to increase brand awareness, engage customers, generate leads, and support sales efforts.

Collaborate with the creative team to produce content and campaigns, monitor performance with analytics tools, and identify opportunities to improve ROI and overall marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience.
• Degree/Diploma in Marketing or related field.
• Strong understanding of digital channels (SEO, SEM, email, content, paid ads).
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media and search engines.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and sales conversions.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging marketing content, advertisements, and promotional materials aligned with the company branding.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using digital marketing tools and analytics to improve ROI and achieve business objectives.
• Manage digital advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization across relevant platforms.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer insights, and marketing opportunities.
• Prepare marketing performance reports, provide actionable recommendations to management, and support planning and execution of product launches, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
