Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• At least 5 years’ payroll processing experience in manufacturing environment.
• Maintains confidentiality and accountability.
• Eye for details and accuracy in deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of employee payrolls.
• Check to ensure that calculation of basic salaries, overtime & allowances are computed correctly and in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Prepare monthly payroll report, ensure proper and accurate payroll reports to Finance.
• Proper and accurate filing of annual tax reports to IRD on a timely basis
• Support in HR Payroll System on changes/system enhancement; ensure that systematic updates are completed by the vendor in a timely and complete manner.
• Support on payroll audit matters.
• Respond to inquiries, analyse payroll data and investigate any discrepancies issues need.
• Process Improvement of the payroll processing matters from time to time.
• Coordinate and ensure timely submission of yearly report to Labour Dept., MIDA, etc.
• Perform other payroll related duties, including ad hoc projects/data requests as needed
