Job summary

The SWATCH Group Malaysia is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage full payroll processing for the company and subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS) and related regulations.

You will maintain payroll records, respond to employee queries, perform reconciliations against the General Ledger, handle off-cycle payments, and liaise with HR, Finance, vendors, and government bodies to uphold data integrity and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/HR or related field.
• Experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance preferable.
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage full payroll processing for the Company and subsidiaries.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Handle payroll adjustments including proration and back payments.
• Prepare off-cycle payroll and GIRO payments and ad-hoc payments.
• Prepare and submit statutory returns and year-end documents.
