Job summary

HerbaLine Wellness Group (HWG) is seeking a proactive Payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll across our group and multiple entities in Malaysia. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure accurate salary calculations, deductions, and timely payslips for local and foreign staff.

The role requires 2–3 years of hands-on payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of EPF/SOCSO/EIS/PCB compliance.

Qualifications

• End-to-end payroll processing experience (2–3 years).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with PivotTables and lookup functions.
• Knowledge of Malaysian statutory requirements: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, SKBBK and PCB.
• Familiarity with government portals such as LHDN e-Filing, PERKESO Assist, and other platforms.

Responsibilities

• Process full payroll spectrum for local and foreign staff across entities.
• Handle monthly payroll calculations, deductions, overtime, bonuses, and allowances.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and timely updates of employee data.
• Submit statutory reports to authorities (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) and prepare EA/CP38 forms.
