Job summary

Hong Leong Industries Berhad (HLI) seeks an experienced Payroll Admin Executive to support end-to-end HR operations and payroll across group companies in Malaysia.

You will manage onboarding, records, payroll processing, statutory submissions, HRMS data, and office administration, with emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality, plus system enhancements and audits.

The role requires a diploma or degree in HR or related field and at least five years of payroll experience in a corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in HR operations and payroll
• Knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation and payroll laws
• Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding and offboarding
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRMS data
• Prepare HR letters and employment documents
• Process monthly payroll and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF)
• Assist with HR audits and policy compliance
• Coordinate HRMS enhancements and system testing
• Support recruitment admin and office facilities
