Job summary

Hong Leong Industries is seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Executive in Malaysia to support end-to-end HR operations and payroll across the Group. You will manage onboarding, payroll processing, HR documentation, and HRMS data within a dynamic corporate environment.

The role requires 5 years in HR operations/payroll, familiarity with Malaysian labour laws, and strong attention to confidentiality and accuracy. Experience with HR systems and inter-department coordination is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations and payroll administration.
• Familiar with Malaysian employment legislation and payroll statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations including onboarding, transfers, offsboarding, and documentation.
• Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure statutory submissions.
• Maintain accurate HR records and HRMS data; prepare employment letters.
• Coordinate benefits, leave, attendance, and related HR processes.
• Support HR audits and system enhancement activities.
