Qualifications

• 3–5 years of pastry/bakery experience required.
• Culinary degree or equivalent in pastry arts/bakery.
• Proven expertise as Pastry Chef, Bakery Chef, or R&D Chef with bakery focus.
• Strong leadership and communication to manage a team.
• Deep knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and recipe creation.
• Creative mindset with passion for flavors, textures and presentations.
• Familiarity with food regulations, labeling, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Uphold top-tier quality and consistency across pastry and bakery products.
• Innovate and refine recipes for authentic yet contemporary offerings.
• Oversee quality control to maintain high taste, texture, and presentation.
• Manage inventory of baking ingredients to ensure freshness.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior bakers.
• Collaborate with product development to launch new seasonal creations.
• Maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols in the workspace.
