Responsibilities

• Strategize, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google.
• Manage full-funnel performance marketing incl. segmentation, retargeting, tracking.
• Analyze campaign performance using GA, Meta Ads Manager, Data Studio; generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams on ads and landing pages.
• Plan and execute email marketing to support leads and retention.
• Monitor email metrics and A/B test subject lines and send times.
• Stay updated on platform changes and trends in ads and CRM.
• Manage budgets and pacing to hit cost and performance targets.
• Present results and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support other regional marketing projects as assigned.
