SCE Creation Sdn Bhd is seeking a Performance Marketing / Google and Meta Acquisition Specialist to develop and execute paid acquisition strategies aimed at growth and profitability. You will manage planning, budgeting, and optimization of high-budget campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.

The role requires 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads, plus strong expertise in Meta Pixel, CAPI, conversion tracking, and audience strategies to scale campaigns while maintaining

Qualifications

2-3 years of hands-on experience in Meta and Google Ads / Performance Marketing.
Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition campaigns with efficiency.
Strong understanding of audience strategy, first-party data, and CRM integration.

Responsabilités

Develop and execute comprehensive paid acquisition strategies aligned with business growth and objectives.
Lead planning, execution, optimization, and scaling of high-budget Meta and Google campaigns.
Establish scalable campaign structures across prospecting, retargeting, lookalike audiences and first-party segments.
Monitor ROAS, CAC, CPA, CVR, LTV, and other acquisition metrics to drive profitability.
Own implementation and optimization of Meta Pixel, CAPI, and event tracking.
