MYSense Marketing is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns from strategy to execution. You will collaborate with marketing and operations to grow ROI and drive business outcomes through data-driven paid advertising.

The role involves full-funnel planning, A/B testing, and performance reporting, with exposure to five-figure monthly budgets. Hybrid work at Jaya One, Petaling Jaya, Malaysia is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Google Ads management.
• 2+ years experience in Meta Ads management.
• Knowledge of CTR, CPA, CPC, ROAS, conversions.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and five-figure monthly budgets.

Responsabilités

• Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Meta and/or Google Ads platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimise for ROAS, conversions, and engagement.
• Develop and implement full-funnel strategies: awareness → engagement → retargeting → conversion.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and audience targeting.
• Monitor campaign budgets and ensure ads are running effectively.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce engaging ad visuals and copy.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copy updates, and audience targeting improvements.
• Assist with campaign setup, conversion tracking, and reporting.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform best practices, and emerging digital marketing strategies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
