Qualifications

• Proficient in managing IT-related matters and operational systems.
• Hands-on experience liaising with Malaysian regulatory authorities, including DOE, DOSH/JKKP, and Bomba.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact with government authorities (DOE, DOSH/JKKP, Bomba).
• Ensure compliance with licenses, environmental and safety regulations.
• Manage permit applications/renewals, manufacturing licenses, and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate site inspections, audits, and agency visits.
• Oversee safety and security protocols across the facility.
• Monitor and enforce EHS policies and procedures.
• Identify operational risks and implement preventive measures.
• Coordinate day-to-day IT operations and ensure business continuity.
• Oversee internal logistics to ensure timely movement of goods.
• Collaborate with warehouse, procurement and production to optimize supply chain.
