Regnology is a leading RegTech company focused on regulatory reporting for financial markets. We seek an experienced HR Operations professional to establish and scale end-to-end HR processes across Malaysia and APAC, ensuring compliance and global alignment.

You will manage onboarding/offboarding, maintain HR data in HRIS, handle employment documentation, and oversee visa/immigration as needed. Fluent English and strong HR knowledge are essential in this fast-paced, multi-country role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Administration, HR, or Business.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR operations, ideally in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor regulations, especially in Malaysia.

Responsabilités

• Set up and scale HR operations in Malaysia and APAC, ensuring compliant processes.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and exit management with accurate HR data.
• Prepare employment documents, offers, addendums, certificates, and correspondence.
