HSBC Holdings plc in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Collateral Operations Specialist to support daily collateral services for OTC derivatives, repos and related products. You will partner with Front Office, Risk and Operations to ensure accurate MTM, settlement and client communications in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations while improving processes and controls in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Must be a quick learner with interest in banking.
• Ability to work in a team and develop good internal/external relationships.
• Strong business communication, both written and verbal.
• Maintain high level of client service at all times.
• Basic knowledge of derivative products and financial markets.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily operations support to ensure controls are carried out to prevent risks.
• Serve as primary contact for the business and clients for escalation issues.
• Ensure dispute processes align globally to improve efficiency and mitigate risk.
• Communicate with Front Office, Risk and Operations to ensure accurate trade and MTM data.
