Job summary

RBC in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead Corporate Actions within Securities Operations in Putrajaya. You will ensure SLA compliance, guide complex settlement and asset transition tasks, and provide technical oversight across the team.

You will drive operational excellence, implement risk controls, supervise workload, and coordinate with the BI Securities Operations team to resolve system or process issues, while coaching staff for growth and performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance or related discipline preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
• Minimum 8 years of working experiences within a Securities Operations environment
• Experience in managing people.
• In-depth knowledge of global practices in relation to Corporate Actions.

Responsibilities

• Manage Corporate Actions workflows and SLA adherence.
• Provide SME guidance on complex Corporate Actions handling.
• Interface with counterparties on escalations.
• Oversee lifecycle from announcement to Entitlement Processing.
• Drive risk controls and process improvements.
• Supervise, allocate, and organize work among team.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and UAT with BI Securities Operations.
• Provide direction and guidance to team members.
