Danai Medi-Wellness is a growing healthcare and wellness group with outlets across Malaysia, seeking an Operations Manager to oversee multiple outlets and support rapid expansion. We value strong leadership and a hands-on approach to improve service quality across our hospitality and wellness segments.

The role requires managing daily operations, coordinating support teams, and driving efficiency while maintaining excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Malay; additional Chinese dialects advantageous.
• Experience managing multiple outlets or departments.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead Outlet Managers and support teams

• Ensure smooth outlet performance and team productivity

Requirements:

• Min 5 year’s experience of management experience
• Well verse in English, Mandarin and Malay, additional Chinese dialect will be advantage
• Experience managing multiple outlets or departments
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
