The role requires managing daily operations, coordinating support teams, and driving efficiency while maintaining excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Malay; additional Chinese dialects advantageous.
• Experience managing multiple outlets or departments.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple outlets.
• Lead Outlet Managers and support teams.
• Manage customer service, maintenance, IT, purchasing and administration functions.
• Improve operational efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure smooth outlet performance and team productivity.
