Job summary

Medi Beaute Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily beauty centre operations across Malaysia. You will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales and service targets while ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a managerial role (Beauty, Aesthetic, Retail, or Service Industry preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Sales-driven with experience leading a team to achieve KPIs
• Customer-focused with excellent people management skills
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays when required
