Job description
The Marketing & Operation Manager is responsible for developing and executing ACT Health Clinic’s overall marketing strategy to strengthen brand positioning, generate qualified leads, support sales conversion, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
The role oversees both online and offline marketing, ensuring that all marketing activities are commercially focused, measurable, medically appropriate, and aligned with ACT’s business objectives.
In addition, the role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating HQ operational and administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations. This includes improving internal workflows, coordinating across departments and outlets, monitoring operational requirements, and ensuring management directives are effectively communicated and executed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction for ACT’s overall marketing and brand positioning.
- Lead the development of social media content, videos, advertisements, brochures, posters, website materials, and other marketing collateral.
- Coordinate designers, videographers, content creators, and external agencies.
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, patient acquisition, and sales.
- Coordinate campaign concepts, promotional mechanics, marketing materials, and implementation timelines.
- Work with relevant teams to optimize digital content for SEO, visibility, reach, and performance.
- Oversee Meta, Google, TikTok, XHS and other relevant digital marketing and lead-generation channels.
- Monitor key commercial metrics, including: Cost Per Lead (CPL), Qualified Lead Rate, Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Lead Conversion Rate ,Turn-Up / Appointment Attendance Rate, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) & Marketing-generated revenue.
- Ensure digital campaigns generate measurable commercial outcomes rather than engagement alone.
- Oversee Online Support Service (OSS) lead management to ensure enquiries are responded to promptly, professionally, and effectively.
- Drive strong lead-to-appointment and appointment turn-up rates through proper follow-up and lead management.
- Plan and coordinate ACT’s online and offline events, including health talks, roadshows, launches, and promotional activities.
- Identify and develop strategic collaborations with corporate partners, healthcare providers, wellness brands, and other relevant organizations.
- Identify, engage, and manage influencers, KOLs, ambassadors, and other suitable partners to expand ACT’s brand reach.
- Coordinate marketing requirements, promotional materials, and communication for collaborations and events.
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day HQ operational and administrative requirements.
- Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and recurring issues, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Coordinate with relevant departments on documentation, approvals, purchasing, invoices, vendors, and other HQ requirements.
- Recruit, onboard, and train OSS and relevant Operations team members.
- Provide regular coaching, guidance, feedback, and corrective actions where necessary.
- Plan and manage approved budgets for HQ operations and marketing activities.
- Prepare reports, business analyses, and presentations for management meetings.
- Perform any other ad‑hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Proven Experiences in operations, sales management, or clinic management (experience in healthcare, aesthetic, or wellness industry will be an added advantage)
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership experience in managing and developing teams, particularly in Sales & Operations (S&O) environment
- Hands‑on experience in recruitment, manpower planning, and team structuring
- Strong understanding of sales pipeline management (online & offline) and lead conversion strategies
- Experience in campaign planning, promotions, and business growth strategies
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports on sales performance, marketing campaigns, and operational KPIs
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills with a results‑driven mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels (outlet & HQ)
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
