Job summary

Medi Beaute Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Beauty Centre Manager in Penang to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will manage a team, implement SOPs, monitor KPIs, and coordinate training and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a managerial role in Beauty, Aesthetic, Retail or Service Industry preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Sales-driven with experience leading a team to achieve KPIs.
• Customer-focused with excellent people management skills.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays when required.
