Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics or e-commerce fulfilment management.
• Proven track record of managing warehouse teams and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control practices.
• Excellent understanding of e-commerce order fulfillment processes and supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping of e-commerce orders.
• Manage inventory control and stock levels to ensure accurate record-keeping and minimise discrepancies.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and courier services to ensure timely and efficient order delivery.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, processing time and cost efficiency.
• Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Analyse warehouse processes and identify opportunities for improvement to optimise operations.
• Manage warehouse systems and tools, including order management and inventory tracking software.
• Liaise with e-commerce, finance and customer service teams to resolve operational issues.
• Prepare operational reports and present findings to senior management

About the role

Lyndarahim Kuala Lumpur Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Operations Executive – E-Commerce & Warehouse to join our dynamic operations team on a full-time basis at our facility in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur. This is a strategic position that will play a crucial role in optimising our e-commerce and warehouse operations, ensuring seamless order fulfilment, inventory management, and logistics coordination. You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence across our warehouse and e-commerce platforms, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and business growth.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and warehouse management software
• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or related field (preferred)
• Experience with multiple courier partners and logistics coordination (advantageous)
