Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
SERVAUTO SDN. BHD. is seeking a Warehouse & Fulfilment Lead to own our end-to-end warehouse and order fulfilment operations. You will ensure orders are accurate, on time, and within SLA while maintaining inventory accuracy and cost per order targets.
You will lead daily inbound/outbound processes, drive KPI dashboards, and coordinate with Commercial and Marketing for peak campaigns. Fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia are required.
The Warehouse & Fulfilment Lead owns ServAuto's warehouse and order fulfilment operation end-to-end. The role is accountable for getting every order out accurately and on time — against both internal service standards and the service levels enforced by each e-commerce platform — while keeping inventory accurate, stock supply uninterrupted and cost per order under control.
Key responsibilities
Lead day-to-day warehouse and fulfilment operations — inbound receiving, put-away, picking, packing and outbound dispatch across all sales channels.
Own fulfilment SLA performance against both internal service standards and the service levels set by each e-commerce platform, intervening before a breach occurs rather than reporting it afterwards.
Build and own the fulfilment performance dashboard — a live view of SLA attainment, order-to-dispatch time, pick accuracy, on-time delivery, return rate, backlog ageing and exception rates, reported daily and weekly with root-cause analysis on every miss.
Maintain full reconciliation between system stock records and physical inventory through cycle counting, variance investigation and stock take governance, driving warehouse management system adoption so every stock movement is transacted in system.
Act as the company's principal procurement contact — ensure uninterrupted stock availability through replenishment planning and supplier lead-time management, and negotiate optimal pricing, payment terms and delivery reliability.
Manage third-party logistics and courier performance — delivery partner service levels, cost per parcel, and resolution of failed, delayed and lost shipments.
Own returns and reverse logistics — inspection, restocking, disposal and credit processing within agreed turnaround times.
Plan capacity for campaign and peak periods, coordinating with Commercial and Marketing on forecast volume, stock positioning and staffing ahead of major sales events.
Drive operational excellence across warehousing and fulfilment through continuous efficiency and cost-reduction initiatives, measured on cost per order and productivity per head.
Lead and develop the warehouse team, ensuring coverage across the working week, and own warehouse safety, housekeeping standards and audit readiness.
About you
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or a related discipline; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse, fulfilment or distribution operations, including at least 2 years leading a team.
Demonstrated ownership of fulfilment SLAs and operational KPIs in a high-volume e-commerce or distribution environment.
Working knowledge of e-commerce marketplace fulfilment requirements and the service levels platforms enforce on sellers.
Hands-on experience with a warehouse management system and inventory control disciplines, including cycle counting and stock take governance.
Proven experience managing third-party logistics providers and courier partners against cost and service targets.
Procurement and supplier negotiation experience covering pricing, lead times and commercial terms.
Strong analytical and reporting capability — able to build and interpret operational dashboards and conduct root-cause analysis.
Professional working proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken.
Operational discipline, data-led decision making, supplier and partner management, team leadership and development, problem solving under pressure, and cross-functional collaboration.
