Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• 3–5 years of experience in Operational Reporting, Telecommunications Operations, or Business Analytics.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in team management and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Manage fibre orders from submission to activation and ensure SLA compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and providers for smooth service delivery.
• Handle escalations and drive timely issue resolution.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and performance analyses for decision-making.
• Monitor KPIs such as SLA, installation turnaround time and order completion.
• Identify root causes of issues and propose improvements.
• Utilize Excel and reporting tools to analyze data and provide insights.
• Support automation and process improvements for efficiency gains.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and management.
• Communicate updates and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Plan and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and targets.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
