Job summary

Maxis seeks a forward-thinking analytics professional to drive operational reporting for Fibre Operations in Malaysia. You will transform data into actionable insights, monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and deliver recommendations to improve fibre provisioning and installation outcomes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage service orders, coordinate with vendors, handle escalations, and develop dashboards using Excel and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• 3–5 years in Operational Reporting, Telecommunications Operations, or Business Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage fibre service orders from submission to activation, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers for smooth delivery.
• Handle operational escalations and drive timely issue resolution.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance analyses to support business decisions.
• Track KPIs such as SLA compliance, installation turnaround time, order completion, fallout rates.
• Identify root causes of issues and recommend improvements.
• Use Excel and reporting tools to analyze data and provide insights.
• Support automation and process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and external partners.
• Present updates and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and management.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities to meet deadlines and targets.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
