Job summary

Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd is seeking a seasoned data leader to own the Data Warehouse and underpin enterprise analytics, AI initiatives and scalable infrastructure in a converged telco setting. You will architect AI-ready ecosystems, secure MCP-enabled agentic access, enforce data governance and RBAC, and drive DevOps, CI/CD, and FinOps practices while mentoring a high-performing DevOps/DataOps/MLOps team.

Qualifications

Data leadership and architecture
Experience with data warehouses
Experience in AI/ML environments

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end architecture, provisioning and management of the enterprise Data Warehouse and its underlying infrastructure.
Architect and automate a modern data ecosystem integrated with ML workflows and autonomous AI agent infrastructure.
Establish data governance, RBAC, data masking, PII protection and audit logging for autonomous AI/MCP operations.
Develop and implement a comprehensive DevOps and CI/CD strategy for data models, AI apps, and infrastructure updates.
Establish LLMOps frameworks and telemetry for model monitoring, cost control and observability.
Lead and scale a high-performing DevOps/DataOps/MLOps team and foster engineering excellence.
