Job summary

Shopee is seeking an Operations Project Manager to drive high-impact initiatives that enhance fulfillment productivity and reduce costs. You will lead strategy, plan execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes across the region.

The role requires a hands-on, analytics-driven professional with 3–5 years in project management within logistics, ecommerce, or related sectors, based in Klang. Fluency in BM and Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Ideate and develop high-impact projects to improve fulfillment operations productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system and process improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects meet objectives, are timely and within budget/resources.
• Health check Fulfilment Operations KPIs, flag issues/risks, and develop long-term solutions.
