Job summary

Shopee is seeking an experienced PMO professional to drive end-to-end oversight for strategic initiatives in Malaysia. You will leverage data analytics to identify opportunities, inform decisions, and improve outcomes for business growth.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, report to senior leadership, and help execute projects that advance key growth priorities in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in e-commerce or fast-paced tech/start-ups is advantageous.
• Experience in consulting, private equity, or investment is welcome.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and execute projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
