Sunway College Johor Bahru is seeking a qualified IT support specialist to provide helpdesk and frontline technical assistance to students and staff.

You will manage computer labs, install and troubleshoot desktops, printers, AV equipment, and ensure classroom technology runs smoothly.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least one year of relevant working experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of installation, configuration, troubleshooting, support, and maintenance of networks, hardware and software.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of audiovisual equipment, including projectors and classroom technology, would be an added advantage.
