Job summary

Crescendo International School Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking an ICT/AV support professional to help maintain learning technology and support staff and students across the campus. You will deliver system-wide technical assistance, troubleshoot Windows and Mac OS, and assist with the school management system, CCTV, POS and other IT-related needs while collaborating with educators and administrators.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS/ICT.
1–2 years of related work experience.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Apple macOS environments.

Responsibilities

Ensure ICT and AV provisions meet teaching, learning and staff needs efficiently.
Provide system-wide technical support to curriculum and administration.
Support ICT attainment by maintaining hardware and assisting staff, students and parents.
Troubleshoot Mac and Windows OS issues.
Have basic knowledge of Windows Server, POS, CCTV and school management systems.
Good knowledge of G Suite environment.
Be a proactive team player and learn new skills to support end users.
