Job summary

RHB Insurance Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Senior Claims Executive to join the Own Damage (OD) claims team. You will ensure OD claims are processed accurately and within turnaround times while upholding regulatory and company standards.

You will review and authorize payments, investigate potential fraud, and liaise with customers, adjusters, and workshops to facilitate smooth processing. Fresh graduates with learning agility are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification recognized by the Government of Malaysia.
• Claims assessment skills including liability evaluation, repair estimates, and claim quantum.
• Knowledge/experience in motor claims or insurance operations encouraged.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Fresh graduates with learning agility are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Process and assess Own Damage (OD) claims per guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Review, evaluate, and authorize claims payments within authority limits.
• Ensure claims are handled efficiently within turnaround times.
• Investigate and support repudiation of fraudulent or suspicious claims.
• Liaise with customers, adjusters, workshops, lawyers and other stakeholders to facilitate processing.
• Maintain proper claims documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Support initiatives to improve claims handling, productivity and service quality.
• Contribute to high customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
