Job summary

RHB Insurance Berhad invites a motivated Senior Claims Executive to join our Malaysian team. You will ensure efficient processing of Own Damage claims, review and authorize payments within limits, and help maintain high standards of regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with customers, adjusters, workshops, and legal stakeholders, drive process improvements, and support initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification from a government-recognized institution.
• Experience or familiarity with motor claims, claims assessment, or related fields encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Process and assess Own Damage (OD) claims in line with guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Review, evaluate, and authorize claims payments within authority limits.
• Investigate and support repudiation of fraudulent or suspicious claims.
• Liaise with customers, adjusters, workshops, lawyers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth processing.
• Maintain proper claims documentation and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Support process improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
