Qualifications

• GCE ‘O’ Level and above.
• 2–3 years of experience in shipping documentation and/or customer service.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Customs Preferential CO and ROO (Preferred).
• Familiarity with CargoWise (Freight Operations System) is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in English; additional local language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handling all Ocean shipping documentation.
• Responding promptly to customer and internal stakeholder enquiries.
• Ensuring work accuracy and full compliance with customs procedures.
• Coordinating shipment requests with customers and shipping partners.
• Communicating with carriers to secure export bookings.
• Providing proactive updates to customers on shipment progress.
• Declaring customs permits.
• Coordinating pickup and delivery arrangements.
• Updating key shipment milestones in the operations system promptly.
• Preparing sales invoices and matching purchase invoices with vendor costs.
• Maintaining shipment trackers and operational reports.
• Performing other duties assigned by management.
