Job summary

Schindler Malaysia is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer (New Installation) to drive new installation sales targets and manage tender processes. You will promote Schindler brand to owners, consultants and architects while maintaining key customer relationships and ensuring compliance with sales processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and a minimum of three years in lift/M&E/construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technical, or Business Studies.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in lift, M&E, or construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Malaysia's new installation sales targets.
• Prepare tender submissions and secure sales orders.
• Provide support to clients to establish new business relationships.
• Promote Schindler solutions to owners, consultants and architects.
• Ensure adherence to Sales Excellence Process.
