Job summary

Ogx Networks Sdn Bhd seeks a Lead Pre‑Sales Engineer to manage and mentor the Pre‑Sales team, ensuring high‑quality technical proposals and demonstrations. You will collaborate with customers to translate business needs into scalable networking and security solutions.

You will oversee design, PoC execution, tender support, and handover to Implementation, working closely with Sales. Strong English, leadership, and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, CS, or related discipline.
• Professional Network certifications (Enterprise, Security, or Data Center) will be an advantage.
• Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in networking presales and solution architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Pre‑Sales Engineering team.
• Assign workloads, review solution proposals, and ensure timely delivery of all Pre‑Sales outputs.
• Engage with customers to understand business challenges and technical requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and technology partners to support sales cycles.
• Oversee solution design, PoC activities, and tender support in collaboration with Sales and Implementation teams.
