Job summary

Tec D Malaysia is seeking a Presales Consultant to support the Sales team with technical presales activities and tailored product demonstrations. You will qualify opportunities, conduct technical PoCs, and assist in RFP/RFI responses, ensuring smooth coordination of assets and events.

The role requires deep networking knowledge, strong presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple requests. Join a TD SYNNEX company focused on growth and client success.

Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of vendor products and networking technologies.
Experience with TCP/IP, DNS (UNIX) administration, switches/routers/firewalls.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex tech simply.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems; self-motivated and flexible.

Responsibilities

Provide presales technical support to the Sales team and deliver product demonstrations.
Assist with qualification of opportunities and contribute to RFP/RFI responses.
Coordinate and manage POC assets and technical validation events.
Deliver training to partners on products and solutions.
Participate in conferences, shows, and exhibitions when appropriate.
