Job summary

Oxydata Software Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Manager – Enterprise & Campus Networking to lead technical pre-sales engagements and design robust networking solutions for commercial enterprises across Southeast Asia.

The role requires 5+ years in enterprise networking, strong Mandarin communication, and proven experience in full sales lifecycle from discovery to proposal delivery, PoC management, and executive engagements.

Qualifications

Must-have Mandarin/Chinese-speaking proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin/Chinese-speaking customers, partners, vendors, and stakeholders in both technical and business discussions.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Networking, Network Infrastructure, Telecommunications, or ICT solutions.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or network consultancy role.
Proven experience designing and positioning enterprise networking solutions for medium to large commercial organisations.
Experience supporting the complete sales lifecycle, including customer discovery, solution design, proof-of-concept (PoC), proposal development, and technical presentations.
Hands‑on experience with enterprise LAN, WLAN, network management, and network security technologies.
Experience preparing technical responses for RFI, RFP, RFQ, and competitive tender submissions.
Ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders, including IT Managers, Infrastructure Managers, and Solution Architects.

Responsibilities

Engage senior stakeholders to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and infrastructure modernisation needs.
Conduct workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, and solution design engagements.
Design scalable, secure, and highly available network architectures supporting business-critical applications and future growth.
Translate customer requirements into comprehensive technical and commercial proposals.
Lead technical responses for RFI, RFP, RFQ, and tender submissions, including compliance matrices and solution-mapping documentation.
Coordinate proof-of-concept (PoC) activities, including defining objectives, developing validation methodologies, and producing outcome reports.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with enterprise customers, channel partners, project consultants, and system integrators.
Collaborate with technology vendors, distributors, and implementation teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
Support executive-level engagements, strategic account planning, and represent the organisation at industry events and customer workshops.
