Job summary

Oxydata Software Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to support and maintain enterprise network and telephony infrastructure across regional operations from Kuala Lumpur. The role is hybrid with a contract engagement and expects 3–5 years of senior level experience.

You will manage LAN/WAN, wireless, and voice platforms, troubleshoot incidents, and drive improvements for reliability and security. Collaboration with regional teams and ITSM processes will be routine.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in a related discipline.
• Applicants must have the legal right to work in Malaysia; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in network and/or telephony support operations at a senior level.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Routing & Switching, VPN, and firewall technologies.
• Experience with Cisco CUCM, Microsoft Teams Telephony, Amazon Connect, and/or Avaya/Genesys platforms.
• Familiarity with SIP, PRI, VoIP, and network monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support and maintenance for enterprise network and telephony infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, wireless, and voice platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to network and telephony services, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Manage and implement changes to network and telephony systems in accordance with change management processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network reliability, security, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with regional teams to support shared services and managed services environments.
• Utilize ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow for incident, problem, and change management activities.
