Job summary

NTT DATA Business Solutions in Cyberjaya seeks a Senior Network Engineer to ensure availability, reliability, security, and performance of networking services. You will work with global teams on Level 3 support, data center switching, and SD-WAN, with a 6-month contract and potential conversion based on performance.

The role requires 7+ years in enterprise networking, CCNP preferred, and willingness to travel within Malaysia. Hybrid/onsite work is possible in a dynamic, global IT environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years hands-on network engineering experience in enterprise/data center environments.
• Proficient with Cisco IOS/NX-OS and Nexus data center switching.
• Experience with FortiGate, VPN, NAT, high availability and CLI.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VRF, and security practices.
• Strong English communication and international collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, switching, routing, wireless, VoIP across NDBS environments.
• Provide Level 3 network engineering support including incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
• Configure and troubleshoot data center switching and Spine-Leaf architectures.
• Support SD-WAN connectivity and IPsec VPNs; assist US Data Center migration activities.
• Coordinate with global infrastructure teams and maintain network documentation.
