Job summary

Soprano Design, a global CPaaS provider, is hiring for an entry-level Network Operations role in Malaysia. You will monitor platform alerts, triage incidents, and assist in restoring services to nominal states while supporting customer escalations. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and training will be provided.

The role is permanent, full-time with rotating shifts and a hybrid setup requiring 3 days per week in the office; availability on public holidays is expected per policy.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in CS/IT/Telecom or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work rotating shifts including public holidays.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring platform alerts and system performance.
• Provide Level 2 support by monitoring alerts through the alert console and triaging them effectively.
• Ensure service restoration within acceptable SLAs and further.
• Managing incidents and providing high-quality support.
• Participate in the 24/7 NOC roster as scheduled.
• Update and maintain internal Knowledge Base to help train and distribute knowledge internally.
