Job summary

Tech Mahindra Malaysia is actively seeking a Network Specialist - L3 Support to join our Network Operations team in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on managing complex security and routing environments and ensuring continuous service for our multinational clients.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with CheckPoint, Zscaler, F5, Nexus switches and wireless LAN, with strong knowledge of BGP/EIGRP/OSPF, VPNs, and Cisco/Aruba wireless technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Network Operations at level 2 NOC engineer role or above.
• Expert handling of security devices for setup and operations including BAU rule base updates.
• Experience with Check Point Firewalls, Zscaler Internet Access and Blue Coat ProxySG for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage network operations ensuring high availability.
• Troubleshoot routing, switching, VPNs, and security devices across environments.
• Collaborate with global teams to maintain secure, scalable networks.
