Job summary

Wireless Logic Group in Malaysia seeks a Network Diagnostics Specialist (Level 3, Mandarin Support) to join our Service Desk. You will provide 24/7 expert support in English and Mandarin, troubleshoot complex Level3 network incidents, and deliver high-impact solutions to our IoT customers in a global environment.

Requirements include 4+ years of hands-on networking experience from a NOC/ISP/MSP, CCNA Enterprise or Service Provider, Cisco CLI on routers/switches/firewalls, and expertise in

Qualifications

• 4+ years of networking experience in NOC/ISP/MSP environments.
• CCNA Enterprise or Service Provider certification.
• Proficient with Cisco CLI on routers, switches and firewalls.
• Strong technical and analytical skills for complex issues.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as PRTG.
• Deep understanding of Ethernet, TCP/IP routing, VRFs, IPsec/SSL/OpenVPN.
• Knowledge of VLANs and dynamic routing (OSPF/BGP).
• Proven track record of resolving network problems.
• Professional client interactions and service mindset.
• Innovative, proactive and adaptable in change.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Self-starter with ownership mindset.
• Bonus: sales support experience and multilingual capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Be a Customer Champion, providing top-tier troubleshooting via phone and email to end users, dealers, and distributors.
• Master the Network Maze by tackling incidents involving IPsec, SSL/OpenVPN, VLANs, VRFs, Access Lists, and dynamic routing (OSPF/BGP).
• Collaborate with Mobile Network teams to identify root causes of tricky network issues.
