Job summary
Jora Malaysia is seeking Technical Specialists or Sr Technical Specialists focusing on Network or Infrastructure. Roles involve troubleshooting, ticket handling, system maintenance and 24/7 support.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 6 years in troubleshooting virtualization, storage and server tech.
- Hands-on with VMware/Hyper-V, backup software, Windows Server.
- Experience with enterprise networking, firewall and switching.
- Certifications in Fortinet, CCNA or similar are highly beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers.
- Handle tickets, perform routine checks and maintenance.
- Diagnose escalated issues to minimise downtime for customers.
- Maintain documentation, reports, SOPs and findings.
- Coordinate with customers and providers for service restoration.
- Support a 24/7 operational environment and on-site travel as needed.
- Mentor technical staff and share guidance.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
