Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and support LAN and WAN environments across multiple sites in Kuala Lumpur.

You will perform day-to-day network administration, monitoring, and performance tuning. Responsibilities include configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers; conducting health checks, patch management, and firmware upgrades; and managing IPAM, DNS, DHCP, and AD/SSO integrations with vendors.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in IT or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer or similar.
• Experience with firewall, routers, switches, and servers (Windows/Linux).
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, IP address management, SDWAN, and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Design and support LAN and WAN environments across multiple sites.
• Perform day-to-day network administration, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Conduct network health checks, patch management, and firmware upgrades.
• Collaborate with vendors for network support and issue resolution.
• Manage enterprise IP address space, including planning, allocation, and monitoring.
• Administer DHCP and DNS zones, ensuring reliable resolution.
• Manage Active Directory and SSO integrations for secure access.
