Job summary

Jora Malaysia in Puchong, Selangor, is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement and manage our enterprise network infrastructure on-site. You will work with cross-functional IT teams to ensure performance, security and availability across the organisation.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of hands-on experience, strong routing and security knowledge, and relevant certifications such as CCNP.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of network engineering experience.
• Expertise in routing, switching, and security.
• Hands-on with Cisco/Juniper hardware.
• CCNP or equivalent certifications.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure and systems
• Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimise system efficiency
• Manage network security protocols, firewalls, and access controls to protect organisational data
• Conduct regular network audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide timely resolutions to minimise downtime
• Plan and execute network upgrades and migrations with minimal business disruption
• Collaborate with IT teams to support infrastructure requirements and business continuity
• Document network configurations, procedures, and maintain technical documentation
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior network administrators
• Stay current with emerging network technologies and recommend improvements
